.To initiate and implement holistic and sustainable community led programmes for the care and support of children and families; and for HIV and AIDS mitigation

• To use an innovative, rights based approach in interventions that will lead to the creation of enabling environments that encourage behaviours to promote the well being of children; strengthen self reliance; build skills; and increase access to essential services by.
